Chief Learning Officer

The Chief Learning Officer serves as the organization’s senior leader of curriculum and pedagogy. The Chief Learning Officer will lead the development and refinement of TPP’s approach to curriculum and instruction for its students and will oversee TPP’s Entrepreneurship program. The Chief Learning Officer will also contribute to the pedagogy and curriculum evolution of TPP’s Social Enterprises and Pathways programs, ensuring a high quality, meaningful, and impactful student experience for all program participants. The Director of Education will manage the day-to-day operations of TPP’s programs, ensuring a high quality, meaningful, and impactful student experience for all program participants. Overseeing a team of educators to deliver an authentic hands-on learning experience, the Director will lead, manage, and mentor the education team to support engagement of students, students’ families, and volunteers, as well as manage TPP’s critically important partnerships with schools. VP of Community Partnerships

The Possible Project is in the early stages of developing an Entrepreneurial Design & Innovation Center (Innovation Center) in Boston, with the goal of launching the Innovation Center by the fall of 2020.  The Possible Project’s vision is that the Innovation Center will serve students from multiple Boston high schools through The Possible Project’s after-school, program, and will also serve as an important contributor to an entrepreneurial ecosystem in the community in which it is located, becoming a catalyst for education, employment, job training, and post-secondary pathways for high school students and opportunity youth, and for the surrounding community more broadly.  Read more
