Chief Operating Officer

We’re seeking an outstanding senior leader to serve as The Possible Project’s first Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will be responsible for strategic operations from the standpoint of systems creation for current and future sites. This includes standard process creation to identify and match new partner schools to TPP’s expansion strategy spearheading early conversations between the schools and the executive team, creating and implementing multi-site processes and procedures for Facilities, Maintenance, Communications & IT, Accounting, Database and all operational systems of TPP.  Read more
