THE OPPORTUNITY

The Development Associate position is an entry-level position that is primarily responsible for The Possible Projects’ Salesforce database management for the development department. They also provide support to and working in collaboration with the VP of Strategic Development & Major Partnerships to carry out the implementation of fund development activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, an ability to prioritize as well as multi-task and discretion. Fund development is essential to the overall success of the organization and therefore it is imperative that the person in this role be dedicated to providing the support needed by the VP of Strategic Development & Major Partnerships to assist in securing the resources necessary.
